All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Method & Destinations
We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.
Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7 to 21 business days after dispatch. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier logistics.
Shipping Costs & Taxes
Shipping costs are displayed clearly during checkout before you finalize your purchase. All prices on our site are exclusive of any applicable shipping fees, import duties, taxes, or customs charges. The recipient is responsible for paying any such charges levied by the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. Blixstrom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
