How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unopened, and unused condition with original packaging and accessories. For hygiene reasons, opened headphones may have specific return conditions. Please initiate all returns through our support team at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Are my products covered by a warranty?

Yes. All Keyboards, Headphones, and Game Controllers sold by Blixstrom come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty details are specific to each brand and product. Please retain your proof of purchase.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
